Dr. Rebecca Pounds is a graduate of the University of Maryland’s historic Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. She also received her undergraduate degree from the Robert E. Cook Honors College at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Following her General Practice Residency at Pittsburgh’s Allegheny General Hospital, Dr. Pounds practiced locally in an advanced cosmetic and restorative general practice prior to deciding to take on her next challenge which would be to own her own practice. This leads us to where Dr. Pounds is today. Her office occupies the third floor of The Hartley-Rose Building, a national historic landmark. Located at First Avenue and Cherry Way in Downtown Pittsburgh, this loft style building has been gracefully adapted for professional offices. Warm brick walls and deeply grained oak ceilings surround the visitor with the beauty and detail of another era.
